I love random photos. Infact, I have quite a collection of images that force one to re-assess our curious species...
Here is one of those..

//GIMME SOME TRUTH.

Herman Hesse is not only a great literary master but a man of truth..I suppose it's like Dylan would say...Gimme some truth..Well here it i s...Stumbled accross this today.A word of wisdom of one of the smartest men I have stumbled accross:

//SIGGI EGGERTSON! What an innovative designer. Siggi's style is definitely distinctive and captues something extremely uniqe, that makes it immediately recognisable.Eggertson originates from the land of milk and honey...yes, that would be Iceland.He has designed various pretty recognisable album covers, including eminent artists such as Gnarls Barkley.another interesting fact about Siggi is that he is still quite young (1984!) considering his success. Eggertson ontained his education at the Reykjavík School of art, and later located to Berlin, where he now resides. His work does not restrict itself to graphics, but even extends to quilt making with a graphic edge! please give him a minute of your time, as it is worth it! click here to check out his website. here is some of his work:

//Maybe it's the drukqs?

Whilst going through my images i found an hilarious one that I thought i'd have to share.I've also been listening to Aphex Twin again lately, especially the album Drukqs.It is rumoured that the title DRUKQS which when spoken sounds similar to "drug use" has something to do with the sound.Yet, either way..great album and awesome musician! Hence the suitable image:

//GOING OLD SCHOOL.

Forget vinyl toys! This Layered Bearbrick is the "organic" version of the prototype bear shape which is dominant in the vinyl toy culture. The toy is limited to a number of 150 pieces world wide and was bought out by Medicom.

//Stuff that moves me. #1

I thought I'd add a new feature to my blog. I tried to think of "cool" names for it. Yet, in the end I figured I might as well call it "stuff that moves me", as that is what this feature will essentially be about.I've been collecting Tiger images lately. I'm not sure why, but somehow I thought these pictures are appropriate for my first "new feature" post.

So here

//FASHION TIPS BABY#5

I think my favourite fashion tips feature must have been the Zeb-Sweat.Telling from the models hairstyle, the Zeb-Sweat must have been an 80's invention. I kept contemplating what a modern day ZEB-Sweat would look like. My curiousity can be considered fed, as this morning I came accross a Trunk-Sweat. Yes, a Trunk -Sweat would be the same concept of a sweater as the Zeb-Sweat, yet with an Elephant as the featured animal.

The 80's: ("Zeb-SWEAT")

NOW: ("TRUNK-SWEAT")

please feel free to comment on which one you prefer...I'm curious:)
